Yup, over a year since I've posted an update here in the journal! Wow. Well I guess a quick update wouldn't hurt.

My main laptop died, so my 3d work has come to a screeching halt. It's been unfortunate, but I've been doing more 2d art instead with my HP TC4400, which is basically a Wacom tablet with Windows XP installed.

I guess that's about it. Personal life's been crappy this past month, but no one wants to read about that.

Now stop reading this and go draw something!

So my sister got me playing Draw Something on my Android phone. I know it's old news now, but it's still a fun game nonetheless. So I thought I'd share some of my crappy drawings with everyone. Enjoy!

Destructoid: Plants vs Zombies

The Destructoid Show had a contest this weekend for people to submit a piece of art involving both the Destructoid Show and Plants vs Zombies.  

Although I didn't really think I had any chance at winning anything, I decided to model something anyway.  I had a lot of fun making the scene.  I unfortunately got really sick over the weekend which hampered my progress significantly!  But I perservered and came up with the scene above.  

There were things that I didn't get to because of a loss of time from being sick, so although this was my entry... I don't feel that it's fully complete.  I'll hopefully have some time to add the little details that I feel are missing sometime soon.

Well I've obviously been gone a long time, and many things have changed in the past year or so.  I'm not going to bore anyone here with the details (since no one reads this thing anyway!) but life's been really good to me and I'm very happy for that.  

I should hopefully be working on some new 3D models more often.  So at least that will be a nice change from the nothingness that I've been uploading lately!
